The Federation of Black Cowboys 2001 Rodeo This is my opus of contrasts. Cowboys, Brooklyn, Black: It all makes sense only if you really know the place. I pick up a flyer on the street and, next thing you know, I'm shooting a rodeo in Brooklyn. The street has never been so good to me. The organization is The Federation of Black Cowboys.
